Random Mutations Roll

G'day all,

I'm doing some work on a variable league rather than openly manageable league. Part of this is a random mutation table that include both good and bad results. I'd like some help measuring their value.

Number 1 is the best and 32 is the worst. But the rolls are in blocks so as long as the best 8 are in the 1st block and the others are in their appropriate block then all is good. Give me your opinion if you think I need to change the order. Assume these are for Chaos Warriors.
