An all-star game should be an excuse for a party, so all coaches with players involved the all-star game should have a chance to participate. The most equitable solution would be to have all the coaches take turns running their collective team throughout the game. Draw a coach's name from a hat each turn, and see what happens. That way everybody gets to share the fun, and when necessary, the blame.Who will be the 2 coaches ?
