AV7 is a good move.
I'd also consider a Halfling Blocker (rather then Blitzer). Imagine a really fat Halfling who has lost the usual swift footedness of his race due to eating far, far too much.
0-4 Halfling Blocker 50k 5/2/3/7 Block, Stunty G/ASP
Not an especially powerful player, but has potential to be useful. Having one sitting in between two Guard Treemen, for example. Or having two acting as linebackers to take down enemy runners. Heck, even giving one Sure Hands to pick up the ball and hand it off to another Halfling. Or maybe even develop a blitzer with Dauntless and Tackle.

Hi you recent posters
:
Just for the record - these threads give one week to come up with ideas, one week to discuss which ideas have merit, and then the poll starts. At that point nothing more can be added.
Not that you can't keep the subject going. You can. But it won't change the poll.
Cheers
Martin
Oh, PS, I've toyed with blockers too.
We called them fatfellows. 5327 dodge, stunty, right stuff

OK, so the master chef is a popular option.
What should his stats be like?
He's a blitzer type obviously. G-access? S-access?
I'm thinking something like this:
(I gave the position +1AV, on top of the raise to AV7 for all flings)
0-2 Sous-Chef 60K 5238 Dodge, Stunty, Right Stuff, Stab; A
Cheers

I'd stick with AV 7, and remove Right Stuff, and maybe Dodge. He's a chef with a knife, not a halfling in a suit of armor!plasmoid wrote:OK, so the master chef is a popular option.

I could see him with MA6 instead of AV8.
After all he is more blitzer than blocker. Fair enough.
But right stuff makes him cool.
And removing dodge just turns him into a steaming pile of poo
I consider him a halfling blitzer.
Not a gourmet who stumbled onto the pitch.
Cheers

Right. This is where we've ended up.
Note that with the buff to AV7, I'm not sure whether they should really be 40K?
But as they're gobbos with MA-1, I'm leaning towards 30K.
After all, I suspect the team will still be unimpressive
Anyway
Also, as discussed elsewhere, the master chef should probably stay at 100K.
Cheers
