Inspired by the MBBL we have our own stadium rulez. Very similar but with differenzes.
Orc Stadium rules:
The fans at a Orc stadium are a bloodthirsty crowd and often bring their tools of the trade with them to the stadium:
At the end of any of your turns during a home Orc stadium game that a OrcTeam Player is standing in a square adjacent to the sidelines, you may roll a D6. On a 5 or 6, the fans have handed that player a pair of knuckledusters (the player has an addition +1 to penetrate armor rolls) At the end of the drive or after a CAS the player throws the knuckle duster (preferable with blood) on it to the cheering fans.
Also the weather starts always Very windy.
Building their stadium in the great planes replace the weather table with following:
WEATHER TABLE
2D6 Result
2 Sweltering Heat: It’s so hot and humid that some players collapse from heat exhaustion. Roll a D6 for each player on the field at the end of a half or after a touchdown is scored. On a roll of 1 the player collapses and may not be set up for the next kick-off.
3 Very Sunny: A glorious day, but the blinding sunshine causes a -1 modifier on all attempts to pass the ball.
4-10 Nice: Perfect Blood Bowl weather.
11 Very windy: It is impossible to throw the ball a longer distance than short pass,
12 Blizzard: It’s cold and snowing! The ice on the field means that any player attempting to move an extra square (GFI) will slip and fall on a roll of 1-2, while the snow means that only quick or short passes can be attempted.
Amazon Stadium rules:
Amazon Cheerleaders are just about as fierce as the Amazon Blood Bowl players. Often they make a couple special Pom-poms out of thin leather strips for "special sounds" .... yeah the sounds of pain. During a home Stadium game, every time an Amazon player pushes an opponent into a square adjacent to the sidelines, the Amazon coach may roll a D6. On a 6, the opponent has be nailed by several of these "cat-o-nine-tails" pom-poms and must make an immediate injury roll.
Also the weather starts with Sweltering Heat:
Dark Elf Stadium Rules
The Dark Elves are known for their vicious ways. This is even truer for Dark Elves playing blood bowl. When they built the stadium they implanted some special surprises for the opponent:
The trainer of the may place 1d6 Traps on the pitch at the start of any drive. Any player entering a trapped square must make an agility roll to pass it. If the player fails he falls prone.
Also the weather starts with: **** Cold
Replace the weather table with the following:
WEATHER TABLE
2D6 Result
2 Sweltering Heat: It’s so hot and humid that some players collapse from heat exhaustion. Roll a D6 for each player on the field at the end of a half or after a touchdown is scored. On a roll of 1 the player collapses and may not be set up for the next kick-off.
3 Very Sunny: A glorious day, but the blinding sunshine causes a -1 modifier on all attempts to pass the ball.
4-10 Nice: Perfect Blood Bowl weather.
11 *** Cold: It is freezing cold! All squares adjected to the sidelines and the touchdownzone are frozen. Any player entering a frozen square must make an agility roll or fall prone.
12 Blizzard: It’s cold and snowing! The ice on the field means that any player attempting to move an extra square (GFI) will slip and fall on a roll of 1-2, while the snow means that only quick or short passes can be attempted.
Dwarf Stadium Rules
Dwarfs are cunning stonesmiths, when they build the stadium they build a secrete door to the referee’s changing room. The Dwarf Coach may roll a D6 at half time. On a roll of 5 or 6 the Dwarfs have managed to ‘spike’ the referee’s half-time refreshment, seriously affecting his eyesight! The Dwarfs may start the second half of the match with twelve players on the pitch without the Ref noticing!
Also weather starts always BLIZZARD!
What I want you is to judge the racial rulez within. Are they balanced. Wich one is the toughest and wich one is the weakest.
Thanx for your opinion.

While I wouldn't recommend my stadium rules to you, the most comprehensive set of stadium for races rules that I have come across is at Wolf's Blood Fields:

Hi there,
our league uses rules for non-race-specific stadiums.
It allows coaches to custom build their own stadiums.
Stadiums are expensive, but you can give all coaches a free "stadium money" head start of your choosing.
