Core Players Rule
Having just go back into blood bowl with 2 old friends we have been thinking of how to give our temas a bit of character to kick start the season.
Core players - when creatig the team first off you can add 3 skill levels to the team
ie 3 x Experienced or 1 x experienced & 1 x vetran or One emerging star
You then allocate them the minimum star player points for there level and role the skills as normal
this can be done within the existing rules and if someone goes the all eggs in one basket route they start the leage 13 spp's points ahead and thus a handicap roll down before a match is played
What do poeple think ?

i concur with them both (slightly less with the sheep, but nevermind that =P)
a skill on 3 players is probably the way to go, but i really don't think you guys need that... there are only a few rosters with absolutely no skill upon the start, so you could always avoid them. and the game is not necessarily funnier with more skills... actually, if you guys are starting again, you would probably be better off with a limited number of skills, and progressively get used to the new versions.
