as i've got a Greaser GearGrinder model and another Orc Star player 3 with the chainsaw, i was trying to make a more practical use of them rather than as Black Orc Blockers. having many Moons ago created a pure Hobgoblin 6 3 3 7 team, i pondered upon replacing the Bull Centaur element with these 2 Cyborcs. Stats 4 5 1 9 Thick Skull ( Strength/General). to represent the fact that they are half orc half robot, i wanted to give them a niggle as an automatic starting factor, to allow for breakdown of the robotic parts. thereby missing 1 every 6 games.

My problem being what cost should they represent. especially considering the second one is a chainsaw wielder. My initial effort was 90k and 135 k respectively. Any thoughts?

Is the chainsaw always on? If so, I'd say 90K and 120K would be fine. But I'd ditch the chainsaw bit entirely, use the statline you suggested, and set the cost to 100K.

A set stat line is the way to go. If you just state that this guy can get a chainsaw with the secret weapon rules it should balance out.

Yeah the chainsaw unfortunately is attached to the model..I'd have prefered two Greaser geargrinders but was just trying to fit the figure into the game. Maybe i'll just say its his second arm, and is inactive, hence the AG1

Sure! If you manage to pick up Mighty Blow, just declare it "fixed"
