With ideas shamelessly stolen from the MBBL2 league Undead team, and from pretty much every Zombie film ever.
0-16 Zombies 4/3/2/8 Regenerate, Brainz* G/SAP 40K
Rerolls 70K
The Necromancers that concentrate on all-Zombies teams have some advantages compared to your more rounded Necromancer that coaches an Undead or Necromantic team. To reflect this, Zombie team zombies come with the Brainz skill.
*Brainz: This skill can be used in one of two ways - whenever this players kills a non-Regen player (after apo use), the coach decides in which manner it's used.
The first way is that the coach can try to resurrect the player. This is better than the standard "Raise the Dead" but isn't without risks. The coach must roll equal or above the level of the player he's trying to raise.
1+ Rookie
2+ Experienced
3+ Veteran
4+ Emerging Star
5+ Star player (not to be confused with Stars like Zug or Morg)
6+ Super Star
Legends and Stars cannot be raised in this way.
If the player is successfully raised, he keeps his current SPPs and skills, gains Regen and Brainz and loses -2MA and -1AG (to a minimum of 1) - cost is the same. A successfully raised player is placed in the dug-out and may be set up from the start of the next drive.
Only one player can be raised per game in this way. If the roll is failed, the players body is ruined and cannot be eaten (see below).
The second use of the skill is Eating. The zombie can eat the brains of the deceased player - after killing a player place the zombie prone in the square it currently occupies (doesn't cause a turnover unless the zombie is carrying the ball). Add the deceased players level to the zombie as SPPs - legends and Stars add 7spps.
A zombie can only eat the brains of a player it is adjacent to when it kills it.

Zombie team

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Re: Zombie team
This is for a group of old-time gamers, so fun is more important than absolute balance. However, for any huge glaring issues, especially with the poor wording, help is appreciated.

Re: Zombie team
Is the zombie that does the killing the only one who can 'feed'?
I like the idea btw!

Re: Zombie team
Fun!
7 SPPs for killing (for example) Nobbla or Bomber Dribblesnot seems a bit much though. A straight +2SPPs for a kill might be better (even in a role play environment).

Re: Zombie team
You're probably right, but I'm not to concerned, as Stars are rarely used in our league - maybe halve the level and round up, so 1-4 SPPs?
That's the intention.JaM wrote:Is the zombie that does the killing the only one who can 'feed'?
