Maybe t's just the guys I play with, but we had no problm with Star Players in our league. Only 3 teams used any Star Players - Undead with Count whatisname, which he had planned to do, the Human coach, who's one of the other players son and so doesn't have the experiance and was having a torrid season anywhay, and myself ,in the 3rd/4th playoff, just to use my treasury in the final game of the season.
As long as the rules are balanced I think Star Players should be included for "history" if nothing else.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
