BB Mag #3 went on sale on Saturday from GW-UK mail order. Called today to get a copy and you gents across the ponds have BOUGHT THEM ALL!!!!!

SOLD OUT!!!! ON BACKORDER!!!! NO NEW RELEASE DATE AVAILABLE!!!! Curses foul and black on you all ... a pox on your houses ... and other nasty thoughts.

4 weeks until I get it now ...... ..... .... okay I'll need to have a chat with someone. I need to post the experimental rules from #3 for the MBBL Season 2 to start.

A curse on Fanatic for hyping a mag and then not printing enough ... muh ha ha ha!!!

That ought to fix it/them ... sorry voyagers .... didn't realize so many UK folks are on back order as well.

Oh and for everyone currently in possession of BB Mag #3 even if you got an advance copy because you wrote an article ... well I'm feeling spiteful ... so curses still on you as well .....

I have an subscription for the BB-Magazines and haven't got one. Nobody is answering my mails and they know why

I can't believe that they are not able to estimate the demand correctly

Didn't even know it was out so us Wodell boys are without a copy too!

Pisses me off really, I had a subscription when they first started the BB mag, then I transfered it to the Journal when they pulled BB mag out of production and when my subscription ends I get nothing to say ..Hey do you want this..BB mag 3. Dumb ass Trolls.

Wow, even the hardcore BBers can't get a copy... that's a sure sign they need to another print run!

Says a man who already has his copy ... grumble, grumble, grumble ... that does it ... I'm flying over and I'm going to force Andy to print at least one page of stuff from me each issue so that I get the advance copy ...

To add insult to injury GW-US told me they were having trouble with getting BB figs from Fanatic and they they were getting tins to cast them themselves. So all new BB figs from Fanatic are on backorder here until November ... wish they would have told me that when I placed the order a month ago.

I'm in BACKORDER BB LIMBO !!!! AHHHHH!!!!! Galak wishes he had paid more intention on how to get out of Limbo ... was it 3 or 300 hail marys .... sigh

Well, I dunno who's been buying them, coz I phoned up ont he day they were released to be told that the Mag is not on their new system so they couldn't take the order.

They took a paper order and "will add the order when the Mag is on the system".


Anyone care to guess the outcome?

PS I don't know yet since when I last phoned they still didn't have a clue and couldn't check to see if my order was on the system! No wonder GW stock has tanked 8% the last 2 days!

Hum... Will add my small voice in the thread... It's a shame also for overseas fans, because I have 2 options: phoning to UK mail order, and then having the same problem than all of you; or waiting for having it in france if there stocks after selling in UK... And it won't obviously be the case !

I heard it was out so phoned mail order and asked what was going on with my subscription. They told me they had no idea; so I got tetchy and they offered me a credit against my account.

"Right, I'll have one of them BB mags then"

I hope they do actually bother to bring back subscription.

Yeah well my store won't even order it for me so quit crying!

I have noticed that lately Fanatic (and GW in general) is deathly afraid of printing materials. I know printing is expensive because I was a printer but I also know that under printing and reprinting is more expensive that 1 over run!
Also for books like BB Mag the cost are not as high as they would have you think. The outer heat set, 4 color cover probably costs more than the rest of the magazine.
Anybody know why printing terrifies them soooo much?

U obviously have no past history regarding bb magazines do u??? Underprinting has been the case since BB compendium 1.
