TBBF

Post by Norse »

While browsing the TBBF web-site (which I often do as I think it is the best example of how a BB web site should look) I noticed that The Asylum, a Chaos team, have played 8 games and have a TR of 330+... :o

Could someone please explain this, as my head hurts while thinking about it.. :-?

Also, Ant and other TBBFers, could you put the team rosters online so we can actually see what the line-ups are...

Maybe this should be in the Web Sites forum, but I think a TR of 330+ after 8 games might qualify as general chat, no?

I would guess so, but the team in second place have a lower TR and have played 33 games this season...

It just looks a bit squiffy, that is all.... :-?

They are a carry over from last season and the coach has only recently been able to play again. His TR is higher because it developed under the older rules, and if he doesn;t retire them at the end of the season I will do it for him ;) There are a few teams like that on the standings but for the most part they are all developed under the new system.

I am trying to get those lazy b*stards to put their rosters up... maybe when our new season starts in November.

Thx for the clarification Ant..

I notice your guys haven't painted much recently either...

It's lucky there are overseas painters who happily abuse your hosting generosity, huh?

Norse,

Couldn't agree with you more. The TBBF site is pretty damn good.

Congrats to Anthony.

Ugh! I sympathize with you Anthony. When I was running our league website it was next to impossible to get all my coaches to hand in their accurate rosters to me, and I only had 6 coaches to deal with...

Actually there has been a bunch of painting going on, I should try and wrangle a digital camera for a night.

The craziest thing is the amount of new recruits we've had, 5 in the last 2 weeks and at least 2 more tonight... I think going to Games Day was the best thing we ever did for our league.
