Are dwarf team card pack "new" stars same as CRP?

Here are 2 "new" star players: Flint Churnblade, Boomer
BTW, why don't other "old" teams have more stars in their team card pack? Each of them only get 3.

What are the stats on the cards? Cant compare otherwise.
CRP Boomer - Dwarf or Norse, Loner, Accurate, Block, Bombardier, Secret Weapon, Thick Skull 60k Ma4 St3 Ag2 Av9
CRP Flint - Dwarf only, Loner, Block, Chainsaw, Secret Weapon, Thick Skull 130k Ma5 St3 Ag2 Av8

They are the same yes.
