Do you think they could pass as D.E BB players, or are they too Nice looking?
Any other good web sites for D.E minis?

I think that they have definite possiblities for blood bowl! For High or Dark Elves.

That's what I thought. Some good natural positions there and all you would need to do is lop off the weapons! The only thing I'm not sure about is whether they would pass as Darkies which is the team I'm interested in.

I wouldn't say they'd pass as Darkies as they are, but using a bit of green stuff to make the edges sharper and some filing to get rid of any elvish symbols and they'd look fine.

You do not want to use "those" elves as Dark Elves under any circumstances. Shadow Warriors are the the only High Elves that hate Dark Elves. They hate them so much, that they go out hunting for them.

In the great Elvish Civil war that split the High Elves from the True (i.e. Dark) Elves, the Shadow Warriors are those that betrayed The Witch King, and sided with the High Elves, from within his own princedom. They were his direct subjects and owed fealty to him, yet they chose to throw their exalted position away.

Their foul taint is so great that it reaches into this world and effects any model of them. You will have nothing but bad luck, and horrible games, due to negative karma, if you field those as Dark Elves. They do make good Pro and High Elves though.

Go for the plastics if they're available, they don't have as many etched details and the conversions would be simpler I imagine.

Go with the Dark Eldar plastics, they make great BB conversions.
