i can only think of one sacred order when GW sent everything that was on the order dispatch note - apparently its the hardest job in the world

Bah! EVERY order I've had with GWMO has been correct, even £100+ worth when I had to pick up stuff for the Bubble tourney .

man my mate has made an order for just over £10 for some bits and they still got it wrong! Im so used to it now i even consider looking in stores before hand... but that does tend to be just as useless - bless them

Most bitz orders I've made have been wrong, normally in my favour.

Best one was ordered a back issue BB Mag, got the 2002 BB Annual. Phoned to report the error, and got sent the BB Mag I requested, and the next issue for my truoble. :D

I've never had a perfect order from GW. When they screw up, its usually something minor.And when they screw up you usually get something free to make up for it. To be fair, those mountains of bits that they have must be a b@#%h to keep sorted.....
