Ok so does anyone know any dugout retailers for BB?

What kind of dugouts do you mean?
GW official, or any kind of dugout?

There's a lot of free downloadable dugouts out there you can print (and laminate if you want).

I got mine from here for my Dwarf Stadium (the black and grey ones with the big V's inside them one post down).

They're pretty cool and very nice. They only make them in the one style, but will work with you to add on whatever, and they are very inexpensive.

It is great and impressive.

Very durable.

It is getting some extensions by means of the dugouts, commercial boards and score tower.

One downside is that it can be tough on painted miniatures. The surfuce is that durable that it can lead to paint chips.

I have one too. It's great.
They paint it for you and you can choose field appearance and logos yourself.
