I used a scalpel saw (like this) to cut the limbs. It cuts cleanly but slowly. Shteve0 cut them with a sharp knife and brute force, and got good results too. I was hesitant to go for the brute force method, because they are so much harder than plastics and I don't trust my cheap scalpel to not snap.

Cleaning up the cuts was easy enough. I used a knife and/ or file. They were a joy to pin, I didn't have any issues at all drilling into them.
Thanks for the insight.
Good to know they are easy to handle and convert.

Looking forward to see how the rest of the team goes!
Cheers!

With my lizards due on the pitch in a few weeks I ought to finish them. Here is the latest Krox progress

All the armour and giant skull have come for tyranid bits. The head is a sarcos gator head, which is hard to see under the OTT helmet. It is a touch extreme but it is a giant lizard playing sports so ill forgive it. The only problem is that he is top heavy and prone to falling forwards. Ill have to put some coins in the base.
I have most of the team painted to table top levels too. Ill have pics up later.
