It definitely looks so, but I frankly can't really tell due to the blurred images. Could be really good, could be less so. From what I can see, it can't be completely crap. :wink:
And no, 2nd ed plastics don't have much in the way of detail, and hence they are quite easy to do a decent paint job on, but quite hard to do a good paint job on.

It looks good (as far as I can tell from the photo).

You could still pick out more highlights - I've found that I always need to highlight more than I think I do for the model to look at it's best at "gaming distance". If you do overdo the highlighting then another wash of the appropriate colour will bring it back down.

I plan to do more highlights when I do details in another session soon. I may give up on these and start my elf team instead though as much more detail to have fun with :D
If I do more I'll take proper pics with a camera rather than phone and see what you guys think!

Thanks for comments so far, least no-one has told me to burn my brushes and throw the paint away... yet!
