Could be a problem on their end. They were saying the files didn't exist to make another one as they were gone (no explanation). Said they wuld try and get them back or refund me.
The mat though surprisingly turned up today.
Is quite neat, I like it, but I think the print of the bottle and hand is a it blurred and not immediately apparent what they should be. Will try and take a pic tomorrow.
