looking at the start of march for the end date (friday the 4th).

this gives everyone 2 full months which should be enough time.

I have a WIP Ogre contribution to snots' Orange 'n' White dynamite that I may stick in when I get it done if acceptable. I expect Del may enter one of his (as yet unseen) necro too.

Come to think of it, an 'as yet unseen' requirement may not be a bad idea across the board this time around. Be nice to see some newer work from people. Thoughts?

personally i would prefer that but there are going to be times when that may not be able to happen, which is why i didn't try and stipulate this in the rules. i don't want to stop people from entering a cool mini or not comp because of their entry here if you catch my drift.

basically yah it would be nice but i'm a bit wary to make it an official rule.

Fine by me. The fig I'm planning on doing is lying on my work tray while I wait for the green stuff that's plugging up the base slot to dry.
Its the second attempt at an aborted (and not very good even by my standards) project. I got new inspiration, so its been in the acetone.
The first time I tried it it was a pain in the arse to do though, so I'm not expecting great results.

If it turns out pish I have a back up plan though. Some of the "lead under the bed" (or on the shelf of our hobby unit to be a bit more accurate).

I hope you find him acceptable. I'd hate for you to do a rush job.

Seriously, I know you've done a lot of work on him. I'm in no hurry but I would like to see a glimpse of him. If not in person, then at least as a .jpg on this board.

I really should read all the posts before I make one myself...
