That's adorable.

As for the display, I think it is looking awesome. I really like the use of the harlequin models, particularly if this is a pro elf team. My only complaint about those mini's is that I wish they had a foot touching the ground. I think they are a victim of looking "overly dynamic." But that's not your fault, of course.

What colours do you mean, de ones on the vacant spots on the base?
Probably as a reference for what players should go where (like blitzers to the red, liners to the green,...).

It might help if the players bases don't fit equally in all spots (since they have some scenic bases and all).

The colors are for wound, KO, etc, he said it. Probably green is reserve, red is KO (bleeding nose), purple for death/injuried (a dark, grieving color). Or maybe purple (just some bruises) and red (bloody mess after chainsaw attack). Or maybe they are classic "one side to the other side" in increasing level of "unavaliability". He did not specify that part.

You are nearly correct, purple reserve, green KO, red Injured. I put the colors the same as is just to be on a usual dock: Left-reserves, middle-Ko and right-injured. If it isn’t enough places you only have to put the mins between 2 that are in the right hole.

But you can't see the colours if the figures are in them, is that right? Not being deliberately annoying, just not sure it would be clear if you were playing with it.
