yeah it's only one choice as a vote (which is what we did last time and i want to avoid this time). i'm just toying it up between either an email vote (nice and private, secret ballet and all that) or start a voting thread where people put down their choices although you'd be able to see everyone's thoughts and may get swayed.

you can delete any mails where people vote for themselves anyway I guess ..
