The above-mentioned imperfection was really easily sorted by just moving and gluing the pipe in question.

I should have him painted in 2 weeks. Also no cast issues like on your photo so very happy

Got mine today, and very nice it is to.
Mine doesn't seem to suffer from the "split pipe" problem, not tbat I would have been worried if it had.
