Price of the orc lovelies

Post by Babs »

I think Neil is going to get me some better images. Have sent an email re-requesting.

In the meantime all I can share with you is the Orc Referee miniature that was a CanCon exclusive. It goes with the rest of the orc team but will not be released with it. If you want to buy the ref off me (I have one only) PM me :)

It's also the only Orc figure I have. I should have bought a team at CanCon and Ebayed it shouldn't I?

Image

Each person who was at CanCon playing Bloodbowl and stuck around for the award ceremony got one of her.

IIRC the 11 player set was AU$60 (roughly EUR36) and mini were AU$6 separately.

Slightly higher cost than normal because he thinks the casts won't last as long (if that makes sense).

Price

Post by Babs »

Ian is right. The figures are AUD $6 each. Of course that doesn't include postage.

I'm taking bids on my orc ref model. I only have one model. Bids should include postage as I will not charge extra for it.

Please PM bids to me.

There is to be no recourse. Highest bid will win at the end 1 week from today. I will not notify people of the high bid. I will not ask for further bids. 1 only, from people PM'ing me. It is not a silent auction.

It's not a major revenue raiser. I could get more Ebaying it but I'd rather give it to someone who is serious about it.

And while it's a CanCon Exclusive - only available to people who played at CanCon.... I'll talk to Neil. If he plans to release it at all after the event I'll let you know when. He's due to call me soon anyway.

noticed that myself today too when a friend pointed it out. why doesnt shadowforge make male teams? or at least coed :) The only males I was able to find were the bishop and friar which are merely support staff for the nuns, and the two refs (if you count the gobbo ref as a "male" ;))

love the femme orcs, think all the shadowforge stuff is great even though i dont own any yet, but think i might have to make an order on this team :D

Better Pictures?

Neil sent me this:

Image

It's not on his website - nor will be for a couple of months. Please don't show it to everyone - as these teams won't be for sale until April.

And the image is here:

As I told you, not until the end of April for the team. And the 'practical joker' has a baseball bat behind her back.
