To all who have assembled them, did anyone else notice that the thro-ra and blitz-ra helmets don't fit worth anything. I did extensive cutting and pinning and had a problem getting anything near what I would consider a decent pose. Anyone have any tips for this?

combine with the plastics from the skeleton regiment sprue orgreen stuff to help you with the joins.
Or as Frank (the creator of an amazing khemri pitch, i beleive tim or traveller know him)
look at tim's post and observe the poses

I came away with some pretty good poses, and I actually didn't pin my khemri. First of all, I wasn't sure I could do pins as small as I thought would be needed on the skellies. So I used great gleaping gobs of JB weld, a metal adhesive, to the point where it covered some portions of the surface of the model that I wanted to paint (mostly the shoulder arm joint and the torso). I just shaped the excess weld like greenstuff, so that it looked like part of the shoulder or spinal column. It worked pretty well.
I didn't have any problems with the Blitzra or Throwra helmets, personally, so I don't know if I could be of much help there. The biggest problem I had was that the runner that you slip into the slotta base was too thick with the "Fanatic" label to fit the slotta base, and I had to file the slot wider so that the model would fit.

...Or you could just do as the Lost Ark Raiders and recruit your players from the WHFB range. All minis come in one piece and are more detailed too. Of course, you'll have to convert them just a little, but that's half the fun of it?
