She looks like she'd be doing backing vocals for Prince.

Nice painting.

nice scheme

what did you do to the base for that stone look?

Base still to be finished - bits of stuff on turf, gravel, blood and armour weathering. Stone look on base not intended and will be painted over.

take it you just used black undercoat and then a partial white undercoat sprayed over the top then?

Isn“t the base just speckled with a bit of white primer spray?

Good looking mini btw!
But her gloves look a bit like skin, or are they made of elven skin?

Yep! I do all of them that way. Does look kinda stoney now that you mention it. Never really thought about it before :-?

very nice job.

was going to say, it looked like just primer spray to me on the base. but i think maybe the flash during the taking of the picture is giving it more of that "stone" look... which does look pretty nice :)

from the topic's title, is that your "first mini" or just your first one posted here? Because if it's your first mini... :o vnj

yeah nice... not sure what would suggest but maybe blue hair not as complentary as could be, but very cool.
hmm would consider green hair with ink always very vibrant.
very good something about it looks quality and nothing to do with the colour scheme.

- spray funny was actually trying to do full dark elf sie with nothing but black/ white spray llok. tried it a bit and was so hardhad to give in... pollak'esque accidents very hard to controll.

Very nice ewan! Its not a model that I'm a big fan of, but you've made it look good! Very clean. Great colour scheme.

Excelent job. :D
Maybe a diffrent color for the gloves would help seperate it from the skin tone. But could just be that i'm color-blind.

nice colorschema , clean painting... nice shining effect at the shoes and perfect lips!

The only thing i can think to improve on this mini is a different color for the gloves.

Clean painting job.

But I like it if the skin colour turns out a little bit darker (she's a Darkelf and for me they have a darker skin).
