Folks,
I'd like to suggest that for the benefit of all members, anyone willing to talk about their orders and the service they get do so here.
Tonight, I ordered from Heresy (second time... first time was fast and impressive) and Cool Mini or Not (never tried them before).
I'll update when I get my packages (or when too long a period has passed without delivery).

Heresy - top notch service, super fast deliveries, friendly emails, models sometimes require more "cleaning up" than other companies
Shadowforge - as above for service etc. Although not all models are to my tastes, the quality of the casting is the best I've ever seen anywhere.
GW Mail Order - frequently post the wrong thing, but at least they correct their mistakes for free. Shipping fee is high, so get it sent to store instead. Great minis
CMON - elitist bunch of arrogant idiots

Overpriced shipping on all their products. Avoid.

I'll second that. Had some content missing, but they immediately sent the pieces over.
Plus, their vampire outclass all competition

The extra money to get it sent to your home might be worth not going into one of their stores and not having to deal with their sales-staff though...
Can? Worms? Where?

I only had one problem once when I ordered some minis from GW UK(they gave me a WE Lineman instead a Norselineman; and all other minis were Norse).
But all the other orders went perfect. All things arrived fast and right.

I never ordered directly from the manufacturers, other then GW.
But I have bought Shadowforge, Heresy, Confrontation and GW from the Warstore and have always recieved excellent customer service, quick deliveries (free if over $60) and they discount all their stuff by 20%. I picked up my female elves from them

phigs miniatures - good fast service and packaged well, cheap prices, casting quality is good and models require minimul cleaning up.
haslefree miniatures - even faster service, casting quality was really good but the models do require quite a bit of flash removal. that's the only downside. also reasonable prices for the models.

phigs i second as awesome
GW sucking dirt really bad, i have bought stuff locally and GW actually wants me t send the fig back when it is missing parts from now on, they going to pay the shipping, hell no, but the store i buy from (not a GW store) will send it back for me if they dont make it right by phone and then it will be GW paying the shipping.
not to mention 50% of the time (not counting fixing thier screw ups) they still screw something up.
and i have never heard anything bad about Neil from the warstore.com where you can get shadowforge ect.
