The Rat Dome (pitch)

Post by Sallacious »

Here is a shot of the Rat Dome for Rodent Rampage. Odin took a bird's eye view of it.

You can see some of another pitch. That pitch is going to be for my female wood elf team called "The Snap Dragons". Here is a better look of both pitches together.

Hey! look in the background under the table... its the Fire Mammoths home field!!! We should use that pitch as the third one instead of the carboard box game pitch. :D

Looks really cool. I like the turn counters in the background (be aware, that on this pitch everybody will call the wood elves tree huggers ...)

What did you use to make the pitches? A short 'How-to' would be nice! Quite a few people around seem to plan something similar.

I used polystyrene. I took the exact measurements from the real blood bowl pitch (the one that comes with the game) and drew the lines on the polystyrene. Then I took an exacto blade and scored the lines. With more polystyrene, I carved blocks for the dug out. then I painted it and flocked it.

I am going to do another pitch. This time it is going to be a generic RainCity Blood Bowl pitch. When I start this project, I will take pictures for a step by step on how we make our pitches.

Thanks for your interest. :D
