Best Chainsaws

Post by Xtreme »

So what are the best chainsaws to use for converting?
I have a pretty cool idea for a converted chainsaw model but don't know where to start looking for chainsaws. Not a big fan of Nobbla's. Any suggestions?

I personally like the 40K/Necromunda Evicerators. (SP?)

They are on the Inquisitor Priests and Redemptionists respectively. Just my opinion, but worth taking a look.

The Eviscerators are great, but also the 40K Ork Chainswords look great. I think I might have a Zombie lying around somewhere with a chainsaw ... I'll try to get a picture taken.

For a skellie chainsaw wielder i used the chainsaw type part from a 40K catachan scout walker thing (Can't remember what they're called!) With a little bit of alteration it looks great!

There are some cool Necromunda Pit Slave pieces that work nice. Other than that I'll second the Orc Chainswords.

But I would've thought from the (INQ) at the start of the item name that it was an Inquisitor item, and therefore they're sized for 54mm scale? Hopefully I'm wrong, though.

EDIT: Heh, guess I should've refreshed my screen and seen MickeX's post before putting up my own.
