Well, i will start a post now about my next project:
A Ogre Team
Mostly i will convert this team for the GD 2005 as i´m allowed to bring a team this year again,
but i will play this team in my local league and, if ready enough for tournaments, the ogres will take over from my orcs.
I will post here some picts from time to time
... but i will not show everything to keep some surprises for later
Ok, here the beginning... a first overview of the minis.

But i started to think about some new ideas lately... so the overall theme will change.
I showed the running ogre before... anyway, here he is again:

But I´m still not sure, after seeing Tims converted ones, if i will convert some more ogres as my first ones seem to "static" now.

a pitty the ogres are so expensive !
yes, and this make me think quite hard, before i start cutting one
The last two days i "converted" my doubles of the BBogre team Gobbos a bit... i got a second Ogre thrower arm and "set " the gobbo free

.. quite a lot milldrilling and later some greenstuffing ! But he looks quite ok now running on his own

I also got this standing BBogre team Gobbo with a ball under his arm as a double and cut a bit... i think i will finish him greenstuffing tonight and can post a pict.

apparently converting OGRES is all the rage nowadays... have you seen the OK range conversions in Feb's White Dwarf?
Still can't say I care for this range too much, but the Oni conversion is real nice.

here the promised picts of the BBogre gobbo conversions.
Like i wrote before:

The second Gobbos arms and left leg were cut and glued into a different position. Some GS to cover the scares...

But i like the pose of the second one. He looks quite mean and threating... for a gobbo

True.... thats the reason i will build prone/stunned marks for each of the big BB ogres like i did for my converted troll of my orc team.
(mental note: Dont forget this !!!)
