Bloody Typical!!!!

I just ordered some bits from GWMO, and in the order was 2 of the new Dark elves with daggers, that way i get one of each.
Well you would have thought so. Nope, i get 2 of the same bloody mini. Are the GWMO Trolls so thick that the idea of random mini's with 2 available, and 2 ordered means 1 of each???
Oh, and who the hell is Azazel??? Cos i got a pair of his wings in the order as well!!!!!!!!

Hehe, that's just the way it works around GWMO. Just write or call them, and complain untill you feel ashamed, and then complain some more. usually they'll send you the mini you didn't get free of charge.
A friend of mine ordered 20 bannerpoles from the old palanquin of nurgle, just 1 of them, and they sent him 20 wrong ones. Then he called them, and they said they'ld send him the right ones ... and they did ... or they sent him 20 wrong ones again. Then he called them one more time, and then they sent him 20 of each kind just to make sure
So he ended up with 60 bannerpoles of which he had no use ... but I had
You can say a lot about GW, not all of it positive ... but they tend to do great customer service

Azazel is a Fantasy Chaos special character from the chaos rules before the current set of them. Slaaneshi and a bit stupid looking.

That'll be why i got 'em then. Nobody want's 'em, so they are giving them away in the hopes that people will get the rest of the mini afterwards!!!!!

yeah hoomi the wings were for the conversion opportunities that you would have with the dark elves and wings... winged dark elves, they could soar and swoop and dagger you from anywhere!

It also happened to me. I ordered 2 Dark Elves with Daggers and they sent me two minis of the one without the mask (the less dark elvish). BTW somebody with the same problem want to interchange?

I just got my latest bitz order and everything was actually ok! Of course they still owe me a mini from 2 orders ago...
