Or are the Elves just freaking tooo small?

I swear, I just got a set of Pro Elves and they are about 1/3 of the size of the normal 3rd edition players.

making me want to paint them all single color and name em Da Shrinky Dinks. Maybe they are for the Epic BB set

Did I just get a bad batch, or all the Pro Elves tiny?

They're tiny. The Rotters and Vamps are too.

To offset it though, the new SW players are HUGE. Black Orcs look silly against them. Thanks GW.

Use them as Half Elves.

I originaly bought them thinking I could mix in some 2ed elves to fill out the team. But they look pretty bad next to each other.

I know that this is an unpopular opinion here on TBB, but I quite like the Pro Elves. The faces are a bit craggy, but the sculpting is well done.

I'm closing in on finishing my 2nd Ed. Elves and plan on using them as Pro elves (calling them the Lorien Lakers--complete with star player feuds! ) I haven't seen the new models, but I have rotters and vamps, guess I never noticed they were smaller. Not impressed with the pro elves, but maybe it's just the gw pics/paint jobs.

I saw the Vamps the other day and was amazed at how tiny they are!
Next to my orcs, and even DEs they are simply not imposing at all.
Not terribly impressed.

Yes, The new pro elves ARE smaller. I am finishing up a Pr Elf/Dark Elf team using a combination of ALL kinds of Elf figs. I have a Pro-Elf thrower that will have his hair "raised" with greenstuff to match better with my 2nd ed. plastic linemen. He will be the 2nd thrower so will not see the field as often.
