just a part of a team I am working on for Gken,

pic one is more like the regular color, for some odd reason the lighting on the rear is a little off.... hmm maybe it was just the glare

just curious what you all think.

Paint feedback: Nice work I like the green too. Did you use a white primer base? & it's pretty obvious that the second one is F'd up due to lighting.
Gken Feedback: OMG ! ! !You mean he's going to stop using Khemri eventually?!!!

looking realy nice !
I also realy like the look of the green !!
and I realy like the grey together with the green.
I only don't realy like the gold on the helmet, the "wings" are just a little to much gold together
nice work !!

Thank you, I almost never use a black primer, unless 75% of the model will be black. to me, black primer is to easy

Its like painting on easy mode for me, and I like my models looking bright. Cant really do that with Black undercoat.
I will say though, it was kinda funny when I was talking about painting asses and saying how huge they are while in the middle of a game store full of other gamers/parents/kids.

I love it! Great looking mini, although with all of that green on the uniform I might go with a black/grey/brown base instead of more green.

Next time just grab yourself a gettoblaster an tune Sir Mix Alot in
Baby got Back
(Does anyone know, where to hear the whole song in the internet? I'm too lazy to search.)
Really cool paintjob btw...

The Team colours look great, nice paint job. Wouldn't mind seeing a few more to look at those skin tones. As you said its probably the light reflection from the moon

Looks very nice, I do, however agree that the gold wings on the helmet makes it look a little heavy..
But the hell with it, a bit of neck-muscle and a pair of shorts for that frostbitten rear, she'll be maiming away in no time

(yes, I DID read yor note on lighting! Looks cold, thats all!

)
I like big B...

Ah Phil's Valks, How well I know thee...
Really great Job all around.

You obviously have some skill so I will give some specific critical feedback from my Valk experience.
#1 They aren't "pretty" girls per se but a little thinned down red wash or pink would be nice on the bottom lip (never the top lip unlessyou like the "clown look"). A small white line for the bottom teeth will also bring her face to life. Don't be afraid to do the eyes either.
#2 Check with Gken but you may need colored rings on the base to differentiate the blitzers. I happened to use Middenheimer cloaks on my blitzers.

Thank you, I will work on those details a little bit more. This is taking a lil bit longer than expected, but cant hurry quality.
