Being out of the game for more then 10 years, where would I be able to buy minatures besides Ebay?

GW mailorder.
I believe some online retailers (Warstore and Chaos Mail Order springs to mind) still sell them.

gc-minis.com also sells specialist games stuff at 25% off. But with the US Dollar so weak against the Canadian, it might not be worth it given the extra cost of shipping.
