My new Skaven Team

Here is my new Skaven team. I call them YMCA, which is
short for Young Mordheim Catacomb Adventures.
I used mostly Mordheim plastics (hence the name) and the tie
in to YMCA.

I also have some 3rd Ed Gutter Runners
and some 2nd Ed lineman, with a fantasy Rat Ogre and some
older giant rats from Necromunda. Quite the 'bitz box' lot, eh?
I used the 'minwax stain polyurethene one step' finish to 'wash'
the figures and bring out detail. I mentioned this method in
another thread here regarding how to paint blond hair.
Anyway, I sprayed on two coats of Testors Dulcote to bring
the finish down to a flat and seal in the flock and numbers on
the bases.
I will try and post some close ups if others are interested. My
camera is not all that good at close ups, so I cannot promise
studio quality details.

John

Great looking team. I like the re-roll idea. Good job!!
Now all we need are some close ups of individuals.

Thank you all for the kind words. I will try and get some closeups posted by tomorrow.
Note to Snorri: I have not been called 'young man' in quite a while, as I am 39 years young. LOL Just the team is Young I guess, eh. I will take the young man though...it feels good.

Well I tried to do some closeups with my camera and they all came out blurry and useless.
I will try again this weekend when I have more time to spend, but I am realizing my digital is old and has all the quality of a disposable film camera.
Snorri...Yeah, I should have got that too, but I will claim stress from heat in the office. The temp was 83 outside and even warmer inside with a failed AC system and no blowers to ciculate air.

John
