The new HUMAN team from GW

There are pictures of the new human team in the new WD (lizardmen on the cover)!!!!

They're pretty damn cool, though one of the catchers is a bit dodgy (no pun intended).
The Blitzers are great.

30 quid for a team of sixteen figures...but only three blitzers (7 linos) for some strange reason. I guess they want you to buy a Griff as well

Not yet...

AFAIK, the team box will contain 16 players (don't know about the positionnal players), and there wil be a blister with 3 players inside.
Normally, the team will be available in May !

Are there still 4 Catchers? I can kinda understand the 3 blitzers wanting you to buy Griff, except that people usually HIRE griff so they can have 5 blitzers! The Mini's look awsome but why couldn't they just make a standard 16 man team with all the positionals filled? (ogre too

They look really good - the hands look strange because they're in scale, rather than Popeye-proportioned...

The fist-spikes are a tad over-large, but that's easily rectified, and is a matter of taste anyway.

Edit: Found a ruler, and my concerns about scale are unfounded. They should measure in at around 32 - 33mm high, about the same as the Dark Elf minis I used for comparison.
