Yeah, those look good.

A few snips here and there and they will fit perfectly into bloodbowl.

I must agree with Hoomin's excellent assessment.

Just kidding Rudiger !

Well for Black Orcs, you can take the Warhammer ones. They're really impressive with their huge armour !

For simple conversions to make your orcs look a little different I recommend you do what I did with my second orc team.

After having got the re-release of 3rd ed I had lots of left over miniatures so I decided to make an extra team. In order to make them look different with relatively little work I basically just removed thier spiky bits... it is simple and gives a ver different look. You could also try repositioning some arms and maybe add some padding with greenstuff.

Or, just put the pointy bits in some holes you've drilled to give them a more spiky look. You could also greenstuff some wigs, or rasta or whatever. Hair is relatively simple.

You could do headswaps on them (I'm assuming you want to have four unique bobs/blitzers) there are some nice metal 40K Ork heads online. Of course this means removing the heads and that is exactly what has stopped me from starting painting up my own orc team. They're waiting, spare heads and all, for me to feel patient enough to whittle away at them...

Someone on here has done it before though, I remember stealing the idea :D .
