They are all very good Rabid_Bogscum, I especially like the first Flesh Golem. I definitely want to get that figure now, I have the old Frank N Stein model, but this one is better I feel. And all those counters are outstanding! Simple, but very effective.
Regards to the two Wights, I see that you are trying to show that their faces glow green. But it doesn't come across too well I feel, it looks bit more like you went drybrushing crazy.

I wonder if you painted the face grills a brighter, almost whiter, green that gradually fades to a darker green further away, on the surrounding armour.

what a fantastic team! I especially like the zombies from other teams and I think that the green glow of the wights works very well!
I'm not sure about the white werewolf though. It looks like you could do better if you don't mind me saying. The other one is just right!

Nice work!
Aren't you affraid that someone confuses your second Flesh Golem with a zombie??

Very very nice! I like the glow touch too... I'm sure it looks better in real life than on picture.
The albino is OK.
I think the custom zombies look a little too "fresh", they're not decayed enough. =)
Very nice work though. Love the turn counter and rerolls =D

I love them! All very nice. The Wights, the Ghouls, all of them. The glow effect is a nice touch. I agree though that the 2nd Golem could be mistaken for a Zombie.
Where are the tombstones from?

They're very nice, I like them a lot.
Here's the constructive critisism:
The Albino Werewolf just doesn't fit with the rest of the team. You have a lovely grim gritty feel to them (fresh from the grave) but he just doesn't bring that across. I think it's the skin that does that.
Flesh Golem #2 looks a little too much like a Zombie for my taste. I would have stuck Frank N Steins head on there (Or used Frank.)
The glow effect on the Wights, while a very nice idea, hasn't quite worked out because it's too consistent, it needs to fade towards black further away from the face.
Can I say I really like the cheerleader (She's by far and away the best imo, creepy, slightly sexy and very funny.) How do you do the skin?

great looking team, i think your idea of the rag-tag look works, especially with the mixed race zombies!

I love everything about this team. The coversion aspect is fantastic and the painting is well done. The coach is amazing and I love the turn counters! Congratulations on a stunning looking team!

Really nice conversions and paint jobs. I like the ghouls with spots and the ,ulti racial zombies.
Really top drawer work!
Crits:
1. Maybe the Elf zombie should be a lot more pale, like with blue shadows in her flesh recesses instead of darker flesh. Mix the the flesh color with a little bit of blue or gray and she'll get a palid feeling. I know want the vamp feeling but I think you can get it without losing the zombie feeling. You also could give her light blue flesh with darker veins showing and cracked skin. Or you could just add a decayed patch on her tush.
2. The glowing wight faces. I think you almost got the effect you wanted. I would try again but use a lighter tint of green and one that's less minty and just ever so slightly more yellow. And I would also thin it down so that it it less defined and more translucent.
I agree with GreyKnight when he said to make the faces brighter. Make the faces a much lighter tint of the green color, and the glow effect should fade out.
The spots on the armor should be painted as normal but instead of adding white to make the highlight add the green tint.

All I did here was use photoshop to add two more layers. The first layer I painted green spots and then blurred them and the second layer I copy and passted highlights from the original and turned the brightness up.
The burring of the highlights and the color shift makes a more convincing effect.
Like I said, just paint the armor in that area like you normally would but add green to the highlight mix.
