Talk Fantasy Football

I was sifting through my box BB figures earlier today and realised the sheer number of part-completed projects I've got lying around. A skaven team here; a human team there; ogres and minotaurs aplenty!

I need to rationalise the projects and set out with a definitive goal for 2012.

My priority projects are:

1. Snakeman team - one painted model and 4 converted isn't playable. Lets get these up to 11
2. Chaos Dwarf team - a full team converted, 6 painted players. I only need 5 more to get these guys on the pitch!
3. Ogre team - I really enjoyed painting my ogre for the Big Guy Dec painting challenge. A team would look cool.

I've got plenty of other things to last the year, but get those 3 done and I'll have 6 painted teams to use.

What do you want to achieve in 2012?

World Peace

I think I'd settle for getting one of my unpainted teams painted. That would be more than I've achieved in the past 8 years.

Finish the final touches to my Orc team I have been putting off for the last 12 months.

Complete my converted human team from Tau fire warriors and cadian shock troops.

And finally, not so much a modelling event, but I would like to win a trophy at a ranking UK event (any trophy!!)

Same here!! Always start 1 or 2 minis, then get bored and start a new team...

Hopefully to get a relatively decent First season with me Lizards!

just playing some tabletop would be nice...

I have a Human team primed and ready to paint; I hope to finish at least that!

Ok what I really hope to do is to paint those Humans as well as the Orcs I should have after Christmas and one more team (Chaos Dwarfs, Dark Elves or Lizardmen). More from that last list, and/or a starplayer or two, would be a bonus.

Just ordered a Warlord Dwarf Ladies Fantasy Football Team from impact and will soon order Gaspez's Slann team. I want both of them fully painted before my current league ends. Secondary goal is to get "ok" skill-wise with any one of my teams (Orcs, Female Dwarf, Slann)

I pledge to convert up at least one team by the end of Feb, and to have one team painted by end of March.

I pledge to paint up my scotlings so I can actually play with them soon(I hope)

Finish my necro and dwarf teams and then get some TT games against some one other than the wife!

Encourage more people to put their location so that they can find tabletop opponents more easily!

That, and spend less time browsing TFF...

OK, that's what I pledge too: a completely painted team!

We should post our progresses here to make sure we keep up with our words !

- Have to paint at last one of those teams to play with: Greebo´s CDs, Greebo´s Frog and/or another GW-Tournament-friendly Team.
- Have to paint just for the paint-fun my GW Ogres Team( it was expensiv enough with all together 8 Ogres! )
- Have to paint just 2 more minis to finish the Chaos All Star team...
- Have my BB homemade pitch finaly ready for the B7 Tournament...
