Best Dark Elf figures out there

I've not been particularly impressed with most of the dark elf teams I've seen (odd for such a "cool" race), which figures do people rate for dark elves?
A couple of individual figures that have stood out:
Runner:

Runner:

The 2nd edition GW stuff is ok but a bit static for a whole team, the 3rd edition figures I don't like at all. I've got a couple of converted wardancers for witch elves that I still like but I'm looking at updating a lot of the rest of the team if I can find interesting options. Any suggestions?

Gaspez made some great ones, and there was a witch elf scuplted for an aussie tourney that is fantastic (tho pricey and possibly not available anmore)

I have been looking for a Dark Elf team as well, and even though I would prefer metal, none of the available miniatures really appealed to me.
I decided to pick up 2 of the 5th edition WHFB Dark Elf Witch Elves
A box of Dark Eldar Hagashin
A bunch of WHFB plastic Dark Eldar Warrior helmeted heads
At the moment I´m waiting for the Dark Elf heads and Dark Eldar Hagashin to arrive

I made mine out of a box of Dark Eldar Kabalites and Wyches each. It's not the most economical way especially since they're plastic, but thats IMO the best looking team 'available' at the moment.

My favourite atm is probably teams made of wh40k wyshes. Evil looking and dynamic poses. Shoulderpads and enough armour to make them av8. All you're looking for

if you are using 2nd ed sized DE figures, the black widows from impact! work well.

I like the look of the wyches, always a bit shy of weapon snips though as the hands or arms look a bit off for an unarmed running pose. The style is good though.

I really like the Shadowforge Wicked Elves, except for the assassins which are horrible.

The black widows and the shadowforge wicked elf team are exactly what I want to avoid, I've got the shadowforge elf team and it's nicely sculpted and the players look like they could be playing blood bowl but I'm not interested in seeing the players dressed in corsets, thongs and suspenders.

I agree, some of the shadowforge models are lovely such as the normal humans and elves. But others are really horrible sculpts such as the Orcs and Dwarfs.
The wicked elves and nuns are ok models but just don't seem very appropriate for Bloodbowl.

I used: Dark Elf Corsair Legs (and some arms), Dark Elf Cold One Rider Knight Torsos and Helms (and some arms). Standard GW Witches with a weapon clip for the Witches.
Really like how the team turned out. Here's a few of my Blitzers:

Plastic kits, fo' sho'. I made some with a pack of dark eldar warriors (the old ones), some corsair heads, and some old eldar spare arm parts.

Further down the page I added in some kroot legs to the runners; and some wood elf glade guard bits and putty for the assassin. I've since revisited this project and used some plastic dark eldar wyches as witch elves and some wych running legs, dark eldar warrior torsos and arms, and dark elf warrior helmeted heads to redo the blitzers - they look MUCH better.
You can still get those dark eldar kits for very little on ebay. Here's 18 for under £15 delivered internationally:
