To get my Pact team, Celestial Consequences, complete, I only needed to finish my Max .. he's got a nice and nasty cap over his ugly head ...

I think it might be Ugroth Jackson, famous for his Bad Moon Walk.
Rumour has it that he wears a cap because the result of his DIY-chainsaw-nosejob did not please his father.
