Hey Guys,
Just wondering what the general opinion is with Wood Elf hair colour??
Have just got to the stage of base coating being nearly done, and still not decided what colour to do their hair! the team used to be a mix and match of team colours with stripes and all that, not sure I fancy doing that with the dark red/ dark green I'm using for this one though.

Help appreciated!

It depends...

What your colour scheme is like already, etc. If colour scheme is very complex, I would probably do single colour hair.
And of course which hair colour(s) will work well with your team uniforms

At the minute it's Khorne Red and Caliban Green, with a bit of gold in places and brown leather straps if I don't balls it up, so all fairly muted colours. Did toy with the idea of Gold hair but might be a bit OTT

From what you've described, it sounds like a light/blonde colour would be best.

Play a real team, not Jervis' wet dream

Well good elves tend to favour the fairer hair colours, so light browns and blondes would be one way, possibly with some white or grey thrown in.

You could always theme their hair by postion, so have redheaded wardancers, blonde catchers, grey or brunette linemen and white haired throwers.

I like to give them some different kind of hair colours so you can see individuals on the field. Two same catcher figures with other hair colour so you can say that blond one has a niggling injury
