Impact Deadlings - Mini Deadwoods

Post by phil78 »

I'm thinking of using these in a halfling team but don't really know how big they are.
Do people who have seen them think they are big enough compared to a regular player?

The deadling's would be a comparable size to GW 2nd edn Halflings a few of them are as tall as 3rd edn Halflings such as the vampire and flesh golems. I think they work well as Halflings its what they were pretty much designed for.

Think he was asking about the mini Deadwoods (http://www.impactminiatures.com/index.p ... id=DL_MDW1, http://www.impactminiatures.com/index.p ... id=DL_MDW2), not the Deadlings themselves. ;)
Unfortunately I don't own them, so can't comment on size but their site says they're about 30mm to eye which is about twice the height of the Deadlings so I'd think they'd be ok. I certainly wouldn't be upset to play against them.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
