Goblin Forge reliable?

I know things can take a while being sent internationally but it's getting on for two months since I ordered from Goblin Forge now, are they usually reliable?

I've been looking for a contact address on the website and can't find anything, I'd be grateful if anyone can point me at a useful address.

Only ever ordered a couple of times from them direct, but never had any issues.

Made an order from them recently (late Jan) and had to chase them up as the order didn't ship for a couple of weeks.
I did that by going into the order history section of your account on their site, go into your order and use the box at the bottom of that screen to send them a message (the 'Add a message' box). That worked for me and my order was shipped soon after.

Last I checked GF was run by Talkarde, who is a user here. I could be out of date though, that was a few years ago.

Thanks, I saw that message box but assumed that was to add a comment to the original order. I'll try that.

i have ordered quite a few times from them and never have had a problem. in fact, they have been pretty good people to deal with...

I ordered from them a couple of months back and have done so 2-3 times earlier too. Never had any trouble with them.

But, like in life, there's always a small chance things can happen, maybe your mail got lost or something.

I've had a reply since leaving a message so it looks like it was just lost in transit

They are sorting out sending a replacement though, thanks for the help.
