If you mean painting lot of 2nd ed skaven models, they have a special "je ne sais quoi" for many people. Maybe the limited "fighter" look, and more like sport players of fantasy background, maybe the easy to see poses, maybe the single part sturdy models, maybe the no repeats, maybe the compact size.

Yes, Skaven teams are amongst the best in the game, especially in the first ten games or so.
