Using Stormcast Eternals as BB miniatures?

Hi all,

I've found someone that is willing to sell about 10 Stormcast Eternals for £15, and it got me thinking. I know they're huge, but do you think they'd work as BB models? I'm thinking Chaos Warriors, or perhaps (at a push) human blitzers. Does anyone know of anyone doing something like that? I don't want to buy them if they're just simply not going to work.

Stormcast Eternals could work as anything big but would need some work I guess. Chaos, Nurgle, Lizards??

I tell you want would look nice, is them Chaos Marauders from the same box set, either as Norse or a chaos team.

Chaos Warriors, Human Blitzers: Both excellent ideas for them I think. Easy enough to turn them into Nurgle Chaos Warriors on a Rotter team as well.

I dunno, they're pretty massive. The Khorne warriors in that set are comfortably ST4 in my book

I thought a similar thing when I got the AoS box as they are very nice models indeed and aesthetically would fit the BB universe.

The thing that stopped me was that the left forearm is a part of the shield so each model would either need a new left forearm making or you'd have a team of amputees.

Edit: Trumpkin - after seeing your sterling work with the Bret's Battalion box, I'm sure a few new forearms would be a piece of cake for a man of your talent - I mean, what could go wrong?!?
