I've used the Bloodrunners for Vamps myself.
But I used these guys for Thralls.

While the Praetorians looks cool they seem too heavily armoured for thralls.

I used the Heresy Dark Brethren. Suitably emo-ish and low armoured.

I used a collection of lighter armored BB and Impact humans, mostly 2nd edition... With citadel 5th edition vamps

I'm more about "looking cool" than "logical accuracy".
But it's a good thing everyone has their own "gusto".
