Blood on the Snow board

So, what's the story with this board? I just saw it pop up on ebay not too long ago, and of course they are going for high prices. Was it an exclusive item? It looks like GW's site had it at one point, does anyone know when it first became available? Either it came and went, or I need to start paying better attention to when they announce new Blood Bowl stuff.

I first saw it as part of the initial push for stores doing winter bowl promotional leagues.

This is only a guess, but maybe they had a surplus and decided to sell the boards, shame they did sell the cards and rules.

Personally, I just use twitter #bloodbowl to keep up to date, you don't get very much negativity and some always seems to post the latest stuff up there.

The board was not 'Limited Edition', 2 orders for it have been made already (so not a surplus); there is speculation that a new order is going in for this (and Skaven Dice also not 'Limited Edition' just limited) so keep an eye on GW site.
