I.D. Shoulder markings on Dutch Werewolf

Two questions:
What is the image on the right shoulder pad? Left is a tulip....
What is supposed to be on the end of the baton and what colors is it normally? Image would be awesome!

The batton is meant to be one of the street bollards.

Merci! So what I mistook for some kind of cannon swab is supposed to be broken concrete from the werewolf ripping it out of the sidewalk?

Looks like something of a tulip as well. But I am botanically challenged.....
