Halfling Bombardier

With the new plastic Halfling team coming out from GW I was wanting to convert the full set of new Star Players from the upcoming Spike Journal. Not having found a suitable miniature to convert for Cindy Piewhistle the new Halfling Bombardier (or should that be Pie-ardier?), I decided to design one using the Hero Forge miniature customization program. Before I spend $20 to $30 getting her printed, I wanted to hear your opinions on both the aesthetic of the concept (does she look like she belongs with the rest of the team) and her viability as a fairly regular inducement for halflings (is she worth the 50K inducement cost?)
