Attacking own players

In a match I witnessed, a friend of mine once blocked one of his own players by accident. He was engaged in a big blocking battle and got a bit carried away. The conversation that went with it went something like this:

Okay, now I'm blocking this guy,
- Are you sure?
Yes.
- Really??
Yes!! I'm blocking. (Rolls dice) Yes, he's down!
-Congratulations, you just knocked over your own player!
WHAT????
