Bonehead and Turnovers

Post by MixX »

I was just wondering if forgetting to roll for Bonehead before taking an action (including rolling dice, etc) counts as an illegal procedure/a turnover in the same way that forgetting to move your turn marker does?? I'm going to use Thrud as a freebooter for an important semi-final tomorrow, and would like to know what the rules concerning this are??

Please include references to the LRB or extracts of it that says anything about this!

Thanks!!

A: No, hopefully your opponent will remind you if you keep forgetting!

We have a rule in our league where:

If you forget to roll for Bonehead & you have moved the mini, or rolled a dice
for him --- then it counts as if you failed your bonehead roll.

Not sure if others do the same, but people tend not to forget this way....

man.. embarrasing that it was in the rules review. My only excuse is that we aren't using those rules until the next season starts, however the Q/A above is not a rule, it's simply a clarification of existing rules..
